Everything server owners need to know about listings, voting, and webhooks
Click 'Add Server' in the navigation or visit the submit page. You'll need to provide your server name, IP address, port, description, and category. After submission, your server goes through a brief review before appearing publicly.
Most servers are reviewed within 24 hours. Servers with complete information, appropriate descriptions, and valid connection details are approved faster. You'll receive a notification when your server is approved.
Yes. Log in and visit your owner dashboard to update your server's description, images, tags, and other details at any time. Major changes like IP address may require brief re-verification.
Votifier is a protocol that notifies your server when players vote. When configured, your server receives the voter's username, allowing you to grant automatic rewards. Set it up in your dashboard under Webhook/Votifier settings.
Check that your query port (default 5521) is properly forwarded and not blocked by firewalls. Our system pings servers regularly to update status. If your server is online but showing offline, the query port is likely the issue.
Servers are ranked primarily by monthly vote count. More votes = higher ranking = more visibility. Rankings reset monthly, giving all servers a fair chance. Consistent daily votes matter more than occasional vote bursts.
Featured servers appear at the top of listings with special highlighting. Featured servers rotate via a transparent auction every two weeks — no permanent premium slots. Contact us if you're interested in featuring your server.
Your dashboard includes a test button that sends a sample vote notification. Use this to verify your server receives and processes vote data correctly before going live.
Yes, you can list multiple servers under your account. Each server needs its own unique IP/port combination and separate listing details.
Common reasons include: server is unreachable, description violates our guidelines, inappropriate content, misleading information, or duplicate listings. Check your email for specific feedback and resubmit with corrections.
In your owner dashboard, find the Images section. Upload a banner (468×60 pixels recommended) and logo (512×512 pixels). Images are automatically resized and optimized.
We send the player's username and a timestamp. We do not share personal information like email addresses or IP addresses. Your webhook receives only what's needed to identify and reward voters.
Offer meaningful vote rewards, remind players in-game, add a vote link to your Discord, and display vote buttons prominently. Consistent, valuable rewards lead to regular voting habits.
